It was good
Place was very nice. Elevator smelled like weed all day every day. Wireless in room didn’t work. Tv uses chromecast so I could not use that. Communication was great. Will stay again.

Our first experience with Sonder
We have never use Sonder before. Our overall experience was positive. You sent us an updated code which did not work. The original one did. Dish soap, and a pot holder should be included. The fan ran continuously and could not be shut off. The sleeper sofa was super saggy

Check in was fairly easy. Accommodation were clean and comfortable. Easy location to access and base out of. Code box from the garage into the apartment was not working. After 40 minute phone conversation was told to look for a door that worked. Also we were to have parking in the garage, however one night there was no parking so had to play the street metered game. Overall very pleasant comfortable stay.

No cart could be found. I had to lug my heavy luggage from the street to the facility. Nobody there to help. Sonder folks on the phone were not helpful either and hung up on me. The property people are indifferent to guests needs.

The area was good. Pizza place right beside you. You had to take an Uber to get to any good restaurants or venue. You could walk to Us stadium but during the day not at night. Some questionable people walking around and in front of apartment building at night.

Good location and close to USBank stadium. The bed was very comfortable. I found a vape pen next to the door in the bedroom, not sure how that was missed by the cleaning crew. The only real complaint I had was the smell/cleanliness of the living room couch. It was pretty dirty and it smelled like body odor. You can smell it right away as you walk into the unit.

Easy check in and check out. The room was great! Full kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, washer dryer and keyless doors. Asked for an extra set of bedding couple of days prior to my checkin which they provided. Location was great too since it is less than 5mins away from central MN. Parking was challenging but not a problem. Will definitely consider this place when I get back.

Super clean and comfortable! Not convenient to much grocery or or other store or dining options but lots of options for delivery food. It didn’t seem like there is a whole lot to do in the immediate area so I was Ubering to other areas a lot.

No good parking options
There are no good parking options. Metered street parking only, 4 hr max, or you could street park in the slightly shady surrounding neighborhood. No tv other than casting from your own device to the living room tv.

I had reserved a room. I had received my confirmation numbers and they had even took my money, but upon arrival I received a text saying that my reservation was canceled, i called while parked outside, and the guy, in a very rude tone, said he couldn't do anything and that i needed to read my email that they were sending me and then proceeded to hang up on me!! It was a very horrible way to start a terrorizing journey!

This property is very up to date, very pleasant stay here In Minneapolis. It’s very close to pretty much anything. The unit itself gave a very homey feeling, I love the big windows and it also came well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property. The only downside is parking, there is no onsite parking but everything else was amazing. I really enjoyed waking up and being able to get coffee from the lounge in the lobby. I would totally stay here again.
