Enjoyed my 3 night stay here for a third of the price of an equivalent option. It was nice to have a kitchen and large refrigerator. The facility was pristine. I was actually able to do a work interview here with the atmosphere in the background almost serene. Since I had been on the road for 4 weeks prior to my stay, I had some laundry due and was able to do this due to the equipment provided. This was honestly an unexpected perk and I even had laundry detergent provided. There were other amenities but I got a solid workout in, with a very equipped gym. Dumbbells go up to 75lbs which usually I don't get in most hotels or hospital gyms so again very surprised Check in and checkout was very easy. Would gladly use this again please and thank you

Great location next to the river and the Guthrie Center. There’s a wonderful cafe across the street. The Mill Museum is right next door and well worth the trip. This facility has the best gym facility I’ve ever seen. Plus they have a full size pool table. The room was very roomy and well equipped with a washer dryer. We will come again!

Great Stay at the Vicinity at Sonder
The property was very secure and clean! This trip was with friends for a sports weekend, but would bring my family to this same spot. The apartment felt like brand new......couch was a little small..... but the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms were all clean and organized!

Directions for check in/out were very easy, apartment was clean and everything you’d need for an extended stay was provided. Daytime the area was great and the restaurants and shops were close walking distance. Nighttime there was a lot of homeless people wandering but we were inside by that point so didn’t bother us. Parking was a little bit of a challenge one day, as there was an event in the area so the closest ramp filled up quick but there are others farther away. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
