During our stay, our room was not serviced at all. We had to request clean towels and toilet paper from the front desk. There was no cleaning out the trash where food was in the room. Very disappointing stay.

There was little to none heat! We froze 3 night straight! I called every night asking for blankets, never got them. Limited towels! Housekeeper never came to clean the room, out of 4 days even when asked. The pool area was cold! The heater was broken so we didn’t get to use the pool. The desk women are very rude, was not helpful with the shuttle transportation, had no courtesy towards phone calls. I would not stay here ever again.
