Stayed one night there. Somehow someone got our room keys after 10 pm and barged into our room. We had kids in there and they wouldn’t shut the door when told “what do you want” and the door continued to stay open. 10-15 minutes after that the fire alarm was pulled somewhere in the building. Nothing was done to compliment our stay and it was a very bad experience.

Great stay for a great price!
Convenient to mall and restaurants!! Loved seeing the families with kids enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub! Only recommendation would be for an elevator as carrying luggage up a short flight of stairs could be difficult for some people!

This place is a very good value and very pleasant place to stay. It is an old building but they are also diligently updating and maintainning the place. I feel that this place deserves recognition for value and diligent and friendly staff who try very hard to provide a wonderful experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay where we could have our 3 year old granddaughter stay with us safely and joyfuly!

With new ownership comes a learning curve for any property. So mistakes will be made, but I have to give credit to the staff that when these issues happened, they owned up to it and fixed it immediately. As time goes by and things start falling into place, this will move from an 'okay place to stay' to a 'great place to stay' without a doubt

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast, infused water and coffee/tea were great! However, the smell of pool chlorine was overwhelming, and when I walked into the hallway my first morning, there was a very strong, and extremely bad odor. I reported it to the front desk and they promptly set up an industrial size fan which blew the bad smell out. Overall, I thought I got my money’s worth and the staff was very friendly, but they need to work on the smells.
