Room was ok, could use a comfy sitting chair instead of a wooden desk chair. Room could have been cleaner. Jacuzzi tub was nice. Pool needs maintenance, hot tub was hot but jets not working. Was disappointed that the side access doors to the rooms were not locked which allowed access to anyone, and the main doors were not working.

Rooms need attention, first room was not acceptable, second room was not as bad. Very dirty carpet , looks like it wasn’t vacuumed for a week. The shower curtain needs replaced. All surfaces should be wiped , including clocks , remote and windows. The people checking in before us had the same experience

The staff was very friendly. The main door going into the hotel didn’t work. You had to open it and shut it by hand. The mattress were not that good. I believe they were in the process of remodeling. They are trying to make it nice but it will take some time.

Property needs a complete update. Rooms are old and dirty. Breakfast area unclean and no seating. Bathroom fan and door handle were broken. Would not recommend.

Stay would have been great but for the non-stop barking dog in the room above ours. I complained to front desk and they apologized, indicating they would look into it right away. After another 30minutes I got out of bed, dressed and went upstairs to verify where the animal was. I then went back to the front desk and the woman who took my call wasnot there. The new night guy (I assume) said he knew nothing about what I was talking about and I got upset with him - I said if they could not control the animal then maybe they should leave. It was another 30 minutes until the thing calmed down. Too bad cause this was a very nice hotel but if they are not going to take care of client concerns then they can expect to lose customers

We had a nice stay here; the property was clean and well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple of things that may have made our stay a bit better: 1. The coffee maker in the room did not have a pot/carafe to actually make coffee in. We appreciated the coffee at the continental breakfast but still found it strange that the coffee maker in the room wasn't actually usable. 2. The card keys to get into the room didn't work half the time. Had to swipe them over and over and over multiple times before they would unlock the door. Sometimes they just never worked and we had to go to the front desk. A fairly minor thing, but still an inconvenience. 3. The window in the room did not close/lock properly, so it got quite cold in the room at night and whistled loudly when it was windy outside. Also was a bit concerning re: security, it felt like it would not have taken much effort for someone to get through the window if they wanted to (we were on the main floor). 4. One of the mattresses/bed skirts had a gross brown stain on it; the bed sheets were clean, but it still kind of grossed us out. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay and would have no concerns staying there again. For the price, we were quite happy.
