It was good. The only thing is that they should not advertise that they serve breakfast. A granola bar and a packaged mini muffin should not be called breakfast. Most hotels I’ve stayed at that offer “breakfast” at least have normal size muffins, some cereal, toast, maybe some fruit. Nothing fancy but definitely more than what this hotel had to offer.

Nice place but no real breakfast
Room and staff were great. No real breakfast- grab and go. Ice machine would have been nice as our refrigerator did not have an ice maker. Room was very comfortable and would consider staying here again.

Top 3 worst hotels in Minot, ND
Do not stay at this hotel. They will not honor your reservations during busy season (Minot State Fair). I made group reservations for my retirement ceremony and they sold my family’s room and had to find a room for that late at night. Luckily we found one. Also, some of the staff are allowed to have their kids at work with them but are behind the front desk. I don’t believe this gives off a professional first impression of the place. Everyone but Tori and Amber were rude and not accommodating. Oh and they ran out of extra pillows and blankets. We asked on 2 separate occasions and both times they were out. None of the kitchenettes had nor offered plates, silverware, coffee machine, or pots and pans. Will never stay again

Nobody at the front desk for over 20 minutes. I had to go into the office to find a phone number to get hold of someone. While the room was clean it reeked of cigarettes and we had booked a non smoking room due to allergies.

front desk was unmanned for most of our stay. Large gentlemen sleeping in the common area - giving off a unsafe environment. The bar area NEVER had a server in the 3 days we were there.

we got into the room and it was cold…..turned up thermostat and the heating did not work……had to use stove hot plate to warm room….the bedroom was ok for heat ...not the livingroom area though……..at 12 midnight I had to find the reception person to give me bedding for the pull out sofa……granola bars and oatmeal packets for breakfast……
