Nice place i found all the hotel staff truly care about their guests the only down fall was no breakfast i was traveling over 2000 miles on this trip and having the convenience and time saving of having a hotel breaky would have been saved me some time

It was around plenty of food options around. The area and motel looked like a run down area mixed with nice parts very strange dynamic but all around decently priced for a 1 night stay

The staff are very polite and go out of their way to satisfy requests. The room was cleaned without having to ask. The towels were good quality. There's no bfast but for the good price I can't complain. Only downside is the elevator has been broke for many months. I use a cane and had to go up steps but service was so good this is the only place I'll stay every time I come to Minot. The tv has excellent internet options. The room is well lit and brightly colored. I'm a hard reviewer so when I say this was my first time here and now it's the only place I'll stay...that says it all. If you want a $200 experience for $50 go elsewhere but if you want a clean comfortable room at a fair price with kind people this is the place.

The room was fairly dirty even for a cheap motel room. There was hair that was not ours stuck to the shower wall. Yellow stain on the bedsheets, dust buildup on the hair dryer and yellow stains on the lamp. The hot tub was barely hot and the elevator didn’t work.

This is an old property. The stay was ok and realistically very affordable, the staff was friendly, the hotel had what we needed no frills that’s for sure. Not the cleanest property, that being said, is not as if it wasn’t cleaned by the staff, is more like old and stained. Is within walking distance of Applebee’s close to the mall as well. As I mentioned before it had what we needed and it was fine. I would stay again if am in the neighbourhood.
