Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. Free parking is available for 8-10 vehicles in the driveway (no street or grass parking allowed per HOA rules). We work with a local management company to ensure a 5-star experience for our guests.

Complimentary Amenities:
• Baby gear (1 pack-n-play, 2 high chairs)
• Foldable wagon cart

Optional Services (Additional Fee):
• Pet Fee: $250 per pet, per stay. Pets must be house-trained, recently groomed, and up-to-date on flea and tick medication. Pets are not allowed on nearby beaches.
• Pool Heating: Available for $50/day or $350/week. Must be purchased for the entire stay and confirmed at least 24 hours before check-in. The spa heats to the same temperature as the pool (86 degrees max).
• Beach Gear Rentals: Paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas, and beach lounge chairs are available for rent through Vay K Gear.
• Golf Cart Rentals: Street-legal 4-seater and 6-seater golf carts available for rent at competitive rates.
• Margarita Machine Rentals: Enjoy frozen drinks poolside with a commercial margarita machine rental, perfect for events and gatherings.
• Weddings/Events: Pre-approval required. $1,500 event fee plus a $1,000 refundable deposit. Additional permits may be required depending on the location.
Please note: tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.
