Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath (sleeps 8) condo with a large circular balcony that provides spectacular views of the events down below and the fireworks up above. Not only can you see The Village activities, you can also enjoy views of the bay and marina from this lovely perch. Just steps outside your door, you can experience over 25 restaurants, multiple venues of live entertainment, lovely shops and boutiques and the convention center. Even with the excitement right in front of you, you can close the door and enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of this beautiful condo.

The friendly, casual atmosphere welcomes you to sit and relax inside or out. At Observation Point, the pool area is a hidden secret within the resort. You will love having access to this delightful retreat. Peaceful gardens, a heated pool, a grilling area and a fitness center will leave you replenished, relaxed and restored during your stay. Our condo has three bedrooms and three full baths. It is well-appointed and has everything you need to relax and enjoy. The open floor plan makes it convenient for a gathering of family, friends or co-workers. The living area offers plenty of seating, an LCD TV and stereo.

The master bedroom has a king bed with attached master bath including double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with an attached full bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and full bath nearby. Come and stay at our spacious condo and enjoy all that Sandestin has to offer.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort ® is a 2,400 acre resort located in the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, plenty of restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa and numerous shops!

Wonderful location, but condo needs a little updating.
Location was perfect. Loved the large balcony. Condo was very spacious, but does need a little update. Beds are not comfortable and towels were very thin. Had to share remote between two TVs after going to the store and buying batteries. No remotes worked when we got there. Also, code did not work from Market Street entrance. We had to go into the garage every time to get back in the condo.

Great location
We have stayed here for 3 years with our family. This year we had to get 2 condos and it was perfect for us. The atmosphere was great for us! They had movies and a tuba band playing. Our grandkids love it!! The condo is very accommodating, spacious and relaxing. Lots of room for a family of 8.

You never have to leave the resort everything is right there where you stay. It was fireworks every night. The only thing that wasn't good was the restaurants in the area food had no taste.

Awesome place
Plenty of room, beautiful and well furnished. Enjoyed being on the large balcony seeing fireworks and listening to live music. Great communication from the manager we got confused on getting into the room he patiently talked us through getting into the right place. Would love to stay again in the future.

BEWARE!!!!!
Cleanliness of this property was horrible!!! There were dirty wash cloths and towels (stains) still hanging from the shower when we checked in. I immediately contacted the owner, which he insisted they were clean and hanging to dry due to the washing machine overflowing from the previous guest. He stated maintenance would arrive the next day, they never came. Thank goodness we brought our own towels and wash cloths, because that was disgusting!! Then I mentioned to him that the master bedroom bed linen looked dirty and slept on! His voice of concern was as if he could care less, I mean he had our money!!! He asked me to send him a picture rather than just have someone change the bedsheets!!!! There were several lights that did not work, the bathrooms were not clean, and the door did not lock properly! We did not feel safe at all!!! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We chose this place due to it being in the heart of Baytowne wharf. NEVER AGAIN, THERE ARE WAY BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AREA!!

Everything about this place is very welcoming. Our wonderful host answered all our questions in timely manner. We was very impressed with all the kitchen appliances and gadgets that we needed to cook our dishes during our stay. This place was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better location than this. It’s literally overlooking the heart of Baytown Wharf. Being so close to all the activities was great, especially when traveling with little ones. The condo was beautiful and clean. Momcation!!
So much fun at this beautiful condo and village! Silvano was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Condo was clean and perfect for our group of 3 moms. We each had our own room and bathroom and enjoyed that space to ourselves. There are luggage carts and an elevator in the building, so this was a huge plus when bringing luggage up and back down from the condo. We found two low beach chairs in a closet too. They are definitely used, probably were left behind from another guest, but we used both and had no problems. The balcony was amazing with plenty of seating and we enjoyed having coffee while watching the village wake up. We could hear the dueling pianos from Rum Runners in the evening and also the DJ that played on the events stage Tuesday evening. We had our own private dance party on the balcony! Our stay was during their Spring Break events schedule and we had VIP seating on the balcony for the fireworks show over the bay!! Even though it was Spring Break, it never felt overly crowded. Having restaurants, shopping, and entertainment right outside the condo building was awesome!! Our favorite restaurants were the Ruby Slipper for breakfast and Slick Lips Seafood for dinner. Note that both of these are very popular, so they do get wait times for tables. Most places will get your phone number and call you when your table is ready, so you can walk around while waiting. The Marina Bar and Grill is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Sundries Market in the village had almost everything you would need. Food, snacks, drinks, beer, wine. They have an ice machine too. $5 for a bag of nugget (Chick-fil-a) ice!! We took the tram to the beach two days and it was perfect! We were able to bring on 3 beach chairs and an umbrella. A massage at Serenity Spa at the Hilton is a must!! We took the tram there too. The escape rooms right in the village were a lot of fun!! We all left this trip feeling super relaxed and happy! Would definitely book this condo again!!

Best place! Comfortable and roomy,. Nicely decorated too. The Patio IS an awesome observation area for sure, we were lucky to see a live band on night too just hanging out on patio across the walkway! Much fun!!!! The tram buses were great to see the surrounding properties and the drivers were the friendliest. Host Silvano was excellent! He was so nice and quickly answered every question we had. Looking forward to our next visit.

Condo was nice, had to go buy soap for bathrooms what they supply is not enough, mattresses on all beds were terrible. Owner needs to upgrade considering this is such a nice place to stay. Motel 6 has better mattresses.
