This large studio apartment can host up to 4 guests. It has a full-size bathroom, kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs, queen size sofa bed, sitting chair, two nightstands, two lamps, 6 draw dresser, a T.V with cable service and a California king size bed looking out towards a beach front balcony on the 2nd floor. This unit has a freshly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and full-size appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as being at home. There is a unit washer and dryer with additional linen, towels, and basic bathroom amenities. This is an outstanding Condo with gorgeous views and ocean sounds within a 3-minute walk from the beach. Take a stroll at night before retreating to a seascape view.
We have provided beach umbrellas and chairs in the unit complementary for your personal use. There is a rental shack on the beach for additional water sporting equipment rental as well.
NO PETS OF ANY KIND. NO SOMKING IN UNIT AT ALL OF ANY KIND.
Location Amenities: To access the beach, go down to ground level walk out to the right gate, to access the beach. Guest can enjoy the Beach Bar grill for lunch or walk east to the Beach House restaurant right next door, or further on down to the Barefoot Beach Bar at the Hilton. Gas Bar-B-Que Grills are available on site for your cooking enjoyment as well.
There is 24x7 Security on the property safety of the guest. Parking is available either covered on the 1st floor or uncovered on the Lobby level. There are restrooms near the pool outside as well as restrooms inside on the lobby level. The building is secured by gates and unit lock codes to assure you have a comfortable and safe vacation.
Just BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS and sunscreen.
Use the Sand Dollar Transportation Tram, to take you anywhere on the resort, including the Village of Baytowne Wharf

The Village teems with shopping, dining, and entertainment for children and adults. The choices of restaurants abound. This is nightly music in the square or the Village night club or the Rum Runners, dueling piano bar.
