Recently upgraded 2 story home is tucked away in the secluded, quiet (only 10 homes) community of Miramar Palms. There is a large, covered front porch, sun balcony, private backyard, garage and all 2 blocks or a 5 min walk to the beach!

Relaxing beach theme throughout the home with tile flooring downstairs including the spacious Master bedroom where you will enjoy the comfort of a high quality, new king sized bed with fresh, new linens. Plenty of storage in the closet and the beautifully finished Master bathroom has double vanities, a large walk in shower and separate oversized jacuzzi tub. A desk is provided should you have to attend to a little business between visits to the beach – high speed internet is included.

Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, large walk in closet and access to the sun balcony (perfect little suntrap!). Bedroom 3 also has a queen size bed with large closet.
Shared, spacious bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal after a long day at the beach should you tire of eating out at the numerous restaurants in the area. It is equipped with Keurig and filter coffee makers, coffee grinder, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle and blender.

The dining table has seating for 6 with 2 additional bar stools and the living room has space for everybody to enjoy a movie or watch TV. A selection of games and DVD’s are provided for a fun evening with family and friends. New smart Roku TV's so easy to stream all your favorite shows. A dartboard is in the garage for more fun evenings!

The fully fenced, private back yard is perfect for a day at home. Patio furniture with umbrella provided and there is an outdoor shower. Just a few steps to the neighborhood pool with plenty of seating for everybody – it is rarely busy.

Only 2 blocks to the beautiful beach with it’s white sands and clear blue/green sea – either take a short, 5 min walk or a 5 min drive to Pompano Joes restaurant where there is large public parking lot and beach access with rest rooms and showers to wash off the sand before you leave. We have also provided beach chairs, a beach cart and an umbrella for your use.

A full sized washer and dryer are also provided to freshen those beach towels after your day enjoying the sand and sea.

Perfect for a relaxing couples vacation or for families, this small community of just 10 homes on its palm tree lined private street will welcome you and have you in the mood to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive!

The front porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with the birds or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Children can play safely whilst you keep an eye on them in this quiet cul de sac setting.

Several restaurants and a coffee shop are within walking distance and there are plenty of shopping opportunities should you tire of the beach! A short drive will take you to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Plaza and Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. All offer endless shopping opportunities, dining to suit everyone’s taste and activities and events for all to enjoy – there is always something to do - or just relax and enjoy your vacation!

Beautiful Spring Getaway
Me and my two college aged children spent 4 days at this beautiful property. We had plenty of room. It's a beautiful, well appointed home in a quiet spot very close to beach and restaurants.Owners are wonderful to deal with. Everything was perfect!

Great stay for quiet elderly beach lovers
A quiet property (relatively speaking during spring break season in Destin!) that we enjoyed very much. The house was quiet, and we felt at home.Neighborhood was friendly, but not overly so!The walk to the beach was pleasant, and we found no problems carrying chairs with us.The area was nice, we visited a couple state parks that were stellar, and enjoyed the Destin boardwalk.Overall a restful week, which is what we hopped for!

The accommodations are exactly as described by owners. The house is vey nicely appointed and everyone enjoyed staying there. We enjoyed the pool several times and the beach is a bit of a walk but it isn’t unreasonable. The wagon is a big help to load chairs and bags. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay in Destin
White Sands is a very comfortable, well furnished rental. It is decorated well, bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. We enjoyed our 3 week stay 11/1-11/21/22. November can be iffy…1st 2 weeks were very nice but the 3rd week turned cold and windy all week. We still enjoyed shopping and the many restaurants. Our little dog enjoyed the small back yard and walks in the neighborhood.. We would recommend staying here. In the summer, it would be nice to have gas BBQ grill.

We really enjoyed the home for the week! It was beautiful and felt comfortable to stay in. I honestly had no idea it was a duplex or townhome until we got there. It ended up being great regardless, it was just a bit confusing based on how the property was pictured on the VRBO app. There was plenty of space for the family members and everything we needed was right there for us to utilize. I would definitely come back to this property.

The house was clean and the perfect size for our family. The pool is literally steps away from the house and most of the time nobody was there which was nice. The street was very quiet. We had plenty of privacy. The beach bikes helped out if you didn't want to set up at the beach early. You could just drop everyone out at Pompano Joe's, drive back to the house, and ride the bike back or you could load the bikes into the truck, get there early, leave your vehicle there, and ride the bikes back and bike back whenever you decide to return. Nice Place!!

Great Stay In Miramar Beach
We had a great time on our trip to Miramar Beach. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and very clean and well kept. The location is a little further from the beach than we preferred. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not co-operate and the water was full of June grass, but nothing that could be helped. We had a great dinner at Boshamps, McGuires, and Dewey Destin. Enjoyed a day of shopping at the outlet mall, and a day on a boat in crab island. If you don't mind walking more than a few blocks to the beach, this would be a great choice.

Great vacation, great location!
I really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The quaint location of this rental made it feel like we were in our own little resort area. Two blocks from the beach and a great restaurant made it easy to enjoy whenever we wanted, and the pool was always available and rarely had more than one family using it! The rental gave us the space we needed and the ability to bring our small dog which was so important. We will definitely stay again!

One of Our Best Vacations Ever!
We absolutely LOVED our trip to Miramar Beach this week & a lot of it is due to how lovely the house was. We had a LOT of rain this week, we stayed busy at the house watching TV, playing darts & enjoying one another’s company. SO much room and the backyard was a lovely addition for our fur baby to stretch his legs several times a day. We were only a few blocks from the beach so we walked every time we went. And the beach equipment they provided at the rental property was great! The beach wagon was perfect for the walk! Also, I cook for a living and their kitchen is probably one of the best stocked for kitchen ware and other items that we’ve ever stayed at. They had basically everything you’d need to cook whatever you’d like in their kitchen. You have to supply your seasonings and sprays but overall, best kitchen for us ever! The extra half bathroom downstairs was fabulous, as is the shower outside in the back yard. We just came home from the beach, opened the garage door, walked straight thru to the back yard shower and then in thru the kitchen to dry off before going thru the rest of the house. Made it SO much easier to keep the house clean. Overall, we loved the property, the owners (who were super responsive and sweet) and the location. Everything was prime! We will DEFINITELY be staying with the Grays again!
