Would Use Again
House was nice, plenty of space. Good size kitchen to cook on. A/C worked well which is good in South Texas. Location was convenient. 5 minutes from HEB and Walmart. Has a pool but did not get to use it but did use the grill. Was pleased with that.

Nice for the Price
Overall, we had a great experience. These are new owners and were very easy to communicate with. As new owners you can see the Improvements that they are in the process of making. Very nice spacious home in a great quiet neighborhood.
