Smelled old and musty, did not seem very clean, pool was broken down and told us when we went to go in the pool. We wound up leaving the property and asked for a refund. We went next door.

This property needs a complete renovation. It’s hard to tell if it was simply rundown and neglected or filthy. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. That was the only interaction I had with any staff members.

We enjoyed it!
Great value for the price. Some of the trim in the bathroom was crumbling. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast of eggs cereals, waffles and potatoes was good but seating was very limited. Would definitely sray again.

The front desk was very nice and had an excuse for everything. Breakfast- had to wait for coffe because they only had 2 carafe for regular coffee. No selection, just cereal, some aweful egg supposed omelets. Terrible tater tots and ok sausage and the waffle maker of course. I did have some hpstess donuts. The Room- filthy carpeting, and chairs. Old beat up night stand on 1 side of bed. front desk said they have stuff on order. For a Wingate it was well below what i expected.

Excellent for the price. I had the same king suite a previous reviewer showed the carpet “blood” stain. The room was clean other than the stain. Housekeeping was good. Staff was nice. Breakfast was nothing to complain about. The hallways and elevators could use a vacuum. My biggest complaint is you can see the oily residue from the spray for bed bugs. Grosses me out. But hey, at least you know they treat for bugs😂

I paid way too much money for a hotel that is no where close to clean my toilet was broken my nightstand was old water damage to it the TV at palms with my TV the cleansingness of that places not clean I am totally unhappy with the service that I received in the amount of money I paid I could have paid $100 less stated in a less updated place and been more happy

I didn't have super high expectations going into the stay. We've stayed at several Wyndhams in the past and haven't been impressed. This hotel was nice. It had a very nice pool/spa area, great breakfast (free) in the mornings, and the room was decent and pretty clean (the carpets are looking a bit worn in our room). The outside of the hotel is getting painted which will look nice. I like the location. Easy access to several restaurants, really close to shopping, and quick access to the highway. Overall we'd stay there again if the price is right.

Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere! Right from the moment we walked in we knew we had made a mistake booking this hotel. To start the mini fridge barely worked, half the lights in the room was out, the bathtub would not drain, the carpet and couch were stained, there was rust behind the toilet, the breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible - may as well have drank the toilet water. There was no blow dryer in the room and the safe was broken. This is a perfect hotel for the next setting of a horror movie. when checking out the client care representative said this to me - do we charge the credit card on file - reply with a yes and that was it! No one asked about our stay or asked how they did - nothing. Yes I contacted the front desk to get things resolved and for the 5 days of our stay nothing changed - besides the type of hashbrowns they made. Book at your own risk!
