Last resort kinda spot.
Stinky room. Carpet felt sticky with every step. Crumbs around bed. Side table was sticky. Night rep was not very friendly. Morning lady was super friendly and helpful!

All I wanted was to get a hot shower and a warm bed. I don’t think they were bugs in the bed but it was definitely green mold in the shower and I didn’t even want to use it. I signed up for a wheelchair accessible room and it was on the second floor with no elevator. It was worst experience of our trip.

High price for a very modest hotel
The room was fine. All you really need for an overnight is a comfortable bed with clean sheets and a clean bathroom. The fixtures are quite dated but adequate. However the hallway carpet was filthy and the breakfast pretty meager.

The clerk was friendly and informative. The pictures were deceiving because it looked pretty nice according to photos. The carpet was wrinkled and raised which was a trip hazard, plus it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long while. The shower head was white with calcium deposits and the tub drain had mold. This is something that could have been cleaned

It has your basic amenities, but the overall condition of the property needs improvement. Stained carpet, outdated furniture. The entire weekend there was no hot water due to a hot water heater going out.

The night desk staff was really nice and very quick. That, however, was the only decent part of the stay. The room was oddly damp, the pillows smelled like dirt, one bed had a loud plastic mattress protector on it. In the morning we found a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. The walls were so thin we were woken up by the man in the next room over talking to his wife at 5:30 in the morning. He wasn’t being loud, it was just that thin. The included breakfast had a basket out for bread for toast, but no bread in it and the front desk person said it wasn’t going to be refilled. This was 35 mins into the 3 hour breakfast. Just pay the extra money and have a longer drive and stay at one of the hotels in town.

The bed was super comfortable! My 2 complaints are: 1) they had the absolute CHEAPEST toilet paper I’ve ever used and 2) the “free breakfast” options were VERY SKIMPY (& the coffee was disgustingly strong) This was the worst breakfast we’v has in several recent years! Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were most pleasant and friendly.

The property was OK but… I booked my room very late and could not get a refund even though I found out it was a smoking room when I got there. The desk clerk said It’s not marked very well on Orbitz… And sometimes not at all. There should be a red flashing warning if you are booking a smoking room! It was passed midnight and I was stuck there.

The property, carpeting, and bathroom was very dirty. The water pressure in the shower was zero and the bathtub did not drain. The lock on the door was broken and you had to slam the door to shut it. I’d never stay there again. It was a dump!

Ethan was an excellent front desk host. Checked us in quickly and found us a room with perfect location so we could get our luggage in and out with ease. Close to Tesla supercharger and easy on and off I-90. Rooms were dated but functional and clean. Thank you!

The lobby and stairs carpet was filthy and torn. It smelled dirty when you walk in the door. Morning front desk guy was not a bit friendly. Our room smelled dirty, there was a big lump in our mattress. I felt dirty just sleeping there. It needs better management and update the facility.
