Great location, but very dated and had an overall unclean vibe. The breakfast offered was very, very limited—waffles, bread, cereal, yogurt; no healthy options like fruit or protein available. Another downside was that the noise coming from other rooms was very loud and every time someone walked around in the room above us it sounded like an elephant stomping around. Additionally, the in room phone did not work at all and we were unable to call the front desk.

A great Hotel experience
This was by far the hest hotel experience I've ever had. Yes the hotel Aesthetics earned perfect but the service was amazing and the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable so I actually got a decent night's sleep which doesn't ever happen in hotels for me I would definitely recommend this to anyone who actually cares about sleeping in a hotel

Was down for a rugby tournament. Room was clean and the best part was the AC worked awesome. My daughter and a few teammates were able to hang out and stay cool between games.

Best staff may 31st, 2024!!!!!
Do not replace your staff from this day and morning!!! They made a stressful situation much more able to cope with!!! They were very friendly, helpful and fun !! I appreciate them all (that worked during our stay!! The room needs attention though, I think someone got hungry, or there are ghosts clawing the bathroom sink, door of bathroom, tile in bathroom floor needs re done my elderly friend kept tripping on the tiles
