Ice machine was out of order near the rooms, had to go to the convention area for ice. Very helpful staff, and designated motorcycle parking right out the front door.

Best staff may 31st, 2024!!!!!
Do not replace your staff from this day and morning!!! They made a stressful situation much more able to cope with!!! They were very friendly, helpful and fun !! I appreciate them all (that worked during our stay!! The room needs attention though, I think someone got hungry, or there are ghosts clawing the bathroom sink, door of bathroom, tile in bathroom floor needs re done my elderly friend kept tripping on the tiles

The room was dirty smelly and had bugs ,the bathroom was dirty and old lack of maintenance and cleanliness the staff was really nice and helpful

They would not clean the room unless you asked them to. There was only one ice machine in the whole hotel that worked and it was on the first floor at the other end of the hotel. The bathroom floor was filthy, especially behind the door.
