There are Better
Don’t stay here unless there are no other options. Staff was nice but hotel is very dated. Door didn’t latch shut unless slammed, broken tiles in bathroom, bathroom door looked like it was kicked in. Best part of the hotel is The Notorious PIG bbq place right next door, delicious!

Lobby and room were very clean and comfortable. The rest of the hotel is pretty run down and in need of remodel. Breakfast was muffins, cereal, and biscuits and gravy so we ate elsewhere. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

The property was very run down and not maintained. For instance door handles were missing, the carpet was very dirty, the halls were dark and dirty. Our room smelled bad and the air conditioner was VERY loud. The bathroom off of the lobby did not have paper towels the entire 2 days we were there. We paid for two nights but decided to go home and not stay the second night.

Worn property with outdated features. TV didn't work and while the bed was comfortable the rest needs updating for the price. Breakfast room was poorly attended. Garbage overflow 30 minutes after start of breakfast, no coffee or waffle batter. Handle on water dispenser broken. Sorry but it was not a good experience. Obviously they need more staff.

Not bad
The bed was comfortable but there were items under the bed that the cleaning staff failed to vacuum. Flat sheet had a stain, and the shower curtain had a stain. The appearance initially was clean and nice.

Acceptable, but slightly dilapidated.
It was one of the few places available for under $200/night last minute in Missoula. The service was good. The hotel and rooms are just a little run down. Hotel in general smelled a little funky. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Fixtures were a little worn down. I had a pet, and chose pet friendly when filtering and paying through hotels.com When I checked in they said they would need to add an amount for the pet, which I didn’t expect. That was a little disappointing. Overall price was OK considering last minute and Missoula which is kind of overpriced to begin with. I was just hoping to get a little more value for.

Been to a couple dozen hotels over the past couple of years and this one that is affordable for the area was a red flag I chose to ignore…sadly. If you have anything of value, bring it inside to your room. People hanging out in the parking lot…in their cars and NO SECURITY!!! Had a tent….A TENT….stolen out of the back of my truck. Like I said…anything of value bring it inside.

The facility is located right on a busy roadway. It's in horrible shape. It's badly in need of a major renovation or replacement. As far as hotel stars, it should not be anything higher than 1 star. It's just aged out.

This place was terrible everything was disgusting and not well cleaned first of all the sink was pure dirt the sink clogged and rust came out and the toilet also clogged for no reason and we couldn’t unclog it, we literally had to use the lobby bathroom. My 6 month old baby also got rashes all over her body
