Less expensive for a reason
Breakfast was good, well organized and clean. Carpets were very dirty. Hallways were terrible on floor two. Upkeep is poor. Rooms are older but remodeled. There was an odor when we walked into our room. I think from the carpet. My wife was not very pleased. Front desk staff not very friendly at check in, like we were a bother. Made me feel like I wanted to leave. We stayed because it was non-refundable. Maid service was very friendly.

Great family stay.
This hotel was great for our stay, family friendly. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Hotel could use some updates, the elevators certificate expired last fall and making weird noises. But our room was clean and comfortable. The creekside patio was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.

Dogs in the room next door were VERY noisy but the staff did their very best to help us resolve this issue! The property is well maintained and the onsite laundry was a huge plus for us. Pool ad spa were well maintained and great for our stay. Lots of dining options near by - right ext door to a convenience gas station so that's not too fun but other than than it was good losing for our needs.

Top sheets were had hair long and short on both beds, room 319 door frame was cracked enough to look out into the hallway and into the room from the hallway.
