The girl with purple hair and rings in her face “working” at the front desk could not have been any ruder. Made for a very unpleasant arrival. She just leaves the “assisting another customer” sign out on the front desk while she hides in the back room. I waited out front for at least 10 minutes until she emerged. Then when I got to my room I am convinced it was never even cleaned. Crap in the toilet and a spider in the sink. Do not recommend. Stay elsewhere.

We stayed a week and were supposed to have our sheets changed and everything replaced on Saturday. Didn’t come, didn’t come on Sunday. Finally on Monday after I went down there and told them how upset I was they finally did it. I had to go get toilet paper as well. No bowls, or cooking utinsels as well. I won’t be staying there again

When we arrived at the hotel guests were smoking right outside the front door, it took 10 minutes for someone to help us, there were receipts for other guests with their personal information sitting out on the counter for everyone to see. The elevator smelt like cigarettes. The hotel room smelt like dirty feet, the room came with a kitchen but there was absolutely nothing to cook with. The bathroom floor was stained and dirty.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this place was unacceptable. Room smells of mildew, stains on bathroom floor. But they did have clean sheets and nice bed. Unfortunately took 35 min to check in since lady at front desk couldn’t use her computer and had to make multiple calls.

Not impressed. When the staff shows no respect for the property or their jobs I don't have much desire to stay again. The front desk was unoccupied most of the time while they sat outside and smoked. The check-in staff member basically said she wouldn't stay in some of the rooms. Some rooms were not cleaned and could not be rented. I could go on.
