We did not stay in this room. Property is run down, appears vacant and is not as advertised. Previous stays at Red Lion hotels have always been good. This property is not acceptable. Price we were charged (non-refundable, with "extra" insurance) is outrageous.

Rooms are gross. I would recommend spending the extra money and get somewhere in a better neighborhood. The building is very run down and the floors are stained and gross. Shower falling apart and black around the stall. I left and missed my event because all the rooms were booked out. I refuse to stay here.

There was quite a bit of water damage in the room we stayed it, along the room having a strong smell of cigarettes the whole time of our stay (we do not smoke). The outside of the hotel was very run down, and not what we had expected.

The property was nothing like what was in the photos. Everything was outdated and dirty. Everything smelled like cigarette smoke, from the lobby, to the rooms. Basically, the entire establishment needs to be updated with paint, windows, doors, etc. I have never gone to a hotel before, and refused to stay due to concerns over cleanliness and safety. This was a first for me.

This property is horrible!! Rooms are very unkept and very dirty! The door latch on my room was ripped off ,so I could only lock the door with one lock. The bathroom was disgusting with hair and dirt around the toilet . The shower had black mold , and permanent stains in it. I felt unsafe , and like i was gonna catch a disease. I was only staying overnight but hated every moment , and couldn’t wait to check out.

The location was great, close to dining and walking distance to downtown. Room was dirty, found dirty washcloth from previous tenants. No remote control for TV. Wall paper patched with lose pieces and attached with staples. The shower valve made a horrible noise when the shower was on. Overall very dirty place.

Disrepair, under construction. Pool closed. Dirty. Disgusting. Breakfast is stale. Unsafe neighborhood. Pictures online look correct in the room. Which is under Reno. But they are filthy. My white socks were black. Bed is comfy and pillows are too. Bathroom also dirty and yep smelled like smoke even though it is no smoking room.

There was drywall tape hanging above the bathtub from the dilapidated ceiling. Strange smell in the room. The dark red paint reminded me of blood that was being concealed on the walls. The beds made me feel itchy. Under the bed had lots of deb No And was filthy.
