Our dog Booker really enjoyed his stay. That morning he disappeared from our second floor room. He was located on the first floor, breakfast room, pleased with the welcome he received and the food bounty on the floor. He is not saying how he got downstairs.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were visiting Missoula prior to meeting up with a group in Paradise. Your staff had great suggestions on what there was to do in the area and giving us rides to and from some of these nearby locations. Well trained, kind and friendly. I will absolutely stay here again morris because of your excellent staff

Unfortunate to book for pool and water slides for family. Water slides closed for no lifeguard. Breakfast was great and lots of variety. Room clean and beds were comfortable.

Overall awesome place and we will stay again! Water slides were awesome! No fans in the bathroom which is not great, but they clean with an anti final which we could smell when we opened the bathroom door. Staff was kind and helpful.

We were tired and picked a hotel on Expedia as it is quick and easy. The check in procedure was quick, with an option offered to stay on the 3rd floor (only 4 floors) which I was offered a lower floor to 2nd. The hotel is well kept, and clean. My preference in booking my rooms is having a nice scenic view, not the edge of the building with the Equipment outside blocking my view. Requested a different room, denied after 10 minutes from check in. Inquiry. The hotel clerk “Scarlet” tone was a stern “No we are sold out”. I found her tone somewhat rude. Other than that, the hotel is nice and comfy!! Thank you to the morning staff whom acknowledged my Elite Gold Status and bringing a smile to my face prior to checking out!!
