Front desk staff was great and very busy. The room was not clean, dirty towel over shower, sink had makeup stains all over it, food crumbs on the floor. Toilet handle was broke toilet ran all night. Bed was hard as cardboard. Room smelled of stale meat. We knew the hotel was all booked so asking to switch rooms wasn’t an option.

Super disappointed with our stay and this hotel. The rating was high so I felt good in reserving it for the one night we needed. We went down to Missoula for a concert and of course, all the hotels price gouged everyone to the max. This hotel should have been $120 tops. Instead I was charged over $300 for one night!! That is ridiculous. There were no amenities. They call themselves an extended stay hotel but there is absolutely nothing in the rooms. The bed was the worst I have slept on in a long time. Just a cheap metal frame not even bolted to the headboard on the wall. Two cheap pillows. We had to ask for extra pillows and were given two more without pillow cases. We had to ask for those too and put them on ourselves. The hotel didn't even have an ice machine! Such a joke. The front desk people were not very nice or helpful. The people next to me when checking in were told their room was not even ready. That was at 5:30pm. Check in says 3pm. This hotel definitely does not have their stuff together and I would not recommend staying there. I wish I could get a refund.

All in all wasn’t to bad except for the noise. I swear people just don’t understand this isn’t your house! Have respect for others! This place is definitely built cheap. Thin walls all the way round. If you stay here get a room on the top floor. At least you would then have a fighting chance of getting your rest. Parking was good though. 👍

Missoula had a crazy storm the night before and most places had no power or damages. They were able to accommodate us quickly. Very friendly and very clean room. Sparkling. Loved our stay here!
