We didn’t receive our welcome drink on arrival, the water in the shower was cold and the room was cold on arrival, shower was warmer the next night, room key didn’t work on our 2nd night, went to front desk, staff allowed another customer ahead of 3 people waiting, explained we had the same issue and the other customer was asked to wait, could’ve been avoided as the customer was allowed to jump the queue, and would’ve succeeded if I didn’t challenge the customer service rep at the front desk. Breakfast was great but water for tea wasn’t hot and took a while. Wanted the spa but it required walking outside after. In a positive note the rep who looked after us on our check out was great, we had a breakfast goodie bag to go. Still not a bad experience.

Great price!
A bit out of the way, but prices were good. I will probably stay there again on my next visit. Hotel is pretty self sufficient with a bar/restaurant (serving food until 1030pm. Free breakfast is an added plus. Free shuttle to/from the airport (about 15 minute drive) every 30 minutes.

Nice hotel not in the noisy, crowded part of Paris
Although I thought I rented a fun-sounding hotel in Paris, they didn’t mention that it was closer to the airport than actually being “in” Paris. There was nothing to do within walking distance. The hotel itself was very nice with excellent breakfasts and nice staff. They operate a little snack/food area to buy things since the restaurant is limited. After leaving, I realized the location was better for people not wanting to see the usual places. We enjoyed the quiet and the staff was very nice. Way better than trying to maneuver through the famous part of a city where you will wonder why you went to all the expense and figuring out transportation.
