With three bedroom and 2 bath, this comfortable home is the perfect retreat for six people or fewer. It features an intimate setting at the top of Overlook Road - Spectacular Views of Moab Valley from covered deck, covered patios, and over-sized windows in bedrooms. Beautiful cherry hardwood floors - Large Windows Open living/dining/kitchen area – One King room, Two Queen Rooms – one with a master bathroom, and single hide-a-way – Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove top (no oven), Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Crock pot, blender and Toaster Oven - Wi-Fi Internet Access – Bike Storage - Two Private Patio/Decks with Gas Barbecue. Available Off-Season as a Monthly Rental - 1.5 Miles from Center of Town. Hiking trails nearby! Small one bedroom apartment located on property above garage area (owner maintenance area). Moab Bike Retreat
3 buddies and I met in Moab for a bucket list mountain bike trip and vacation. Sunnie's VRBO on Overlook worked great for the 4 of us. Although there are only 3 bedrooms one my buddies took the couch and was very comfortable. The views from this home were awesome and it was close to all that Moab has to offer. I will stay there again if I'm ever in Moab in the future.

Amazing views, quiet, comfortable, truly a gem
Amazing views out of every window. Two comfortable porches that expand the living area. A well-stocked kitchen, incredibly comfortable beds with top of the line linens, plush towels, strong wifi, close to so much but apart from crowds. Thoughtful touches not always present in other rentals: plenty of basic supplies, ice in the freezer, essential spices. It felt like home. What a terrific host spices. And terrific communication.

A few days to visit national parks
The location of the property was excellent. Plenty of room. We loved both porches. The views were great. Most of the house was clean and tidy. Except for the one downstairs bedroom, the comforter was full of dust, and the sheets did not smell fresh at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come again

The place was very Clean good location. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning the lower bedroom was very hot they said to leave a window open so the cold air would go in the room BUT the screen had a big gap so bugs could get in.

Perfect family retreat
This house on Overlook Road has great views of Moab Valley and the La Sal mountains to the east. It’s a perfect family hangout and central to everything around Moab. The house is clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice location but….
While the location was close to the national parks we were visiting, the accommodations were in need of some attention. White chairs in the king bedroom were badly stained along with the curtains. The awning outside the window was torn and hanging pieces of fabric were left to flap in the breeze. The porch furniture was coming apart and we were careful when we sat out there. There were six of us staying in the three bedrooms which was a plus but the kitchen table only accommodated four people so two of us had to stand in the mornings when we drank our coffee. The kitchen was well appointed even though it was dated. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh however a few need to be rotated out of circulation. All in all, the location was convenient but the accommodations could not compete with other vrbo’s we stayed in during the same trip.

3 of us met halfway to enjoy each others company, the house accommodated us perfectly. We visited the National and State Parks and spent the evenings on the deck enjoying the view from the Overlook Abode. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Enjoyed our stay at Moab Valley three bedroom home. Had everything we needed. Sunrise and sunsets from the two patios. We were close enough to town for us and 15 minutes to Arches. Canyonland was 45 minutes to the entrance gate. Would stay again if passing through this way.

This property is very conveniently located near Arches National Park as well as a short drive to Canyonlands National Park. The house was perfect! This was my first experience with a swamp cooler and with the 100 degree temps, we stayed very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and would rent again.

Perfect Home, location and view!

Cozy home in a fantastic location!
Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the listing was accurate. Thank you for mentioning this doesn't have a stove and that this shares the building with another smaller unit, of which we never heard any noise from. The numerous notes taped up within the house were very helpful, clear, and kind. I didn't have to interact with the property manager, so I can't speak to that.
