Great location with a view. It's a very clean hotel and the rooms were perfect. There was a cook top in the room which I was surprised. I will be staying here again in the future.

Moab, the quiet time of the year
Nice stay. New motel. Moab motel rates are reasonable at this time of year. Very little people. Some restaurants are closed for "the season". Still there is City Market, bring it back to the room and cook. Clerk at the desk was very friendly, offered me different floors for the room as there are very few people in Moab. Another plus' no wait time to enter any of the national monuments/parks. Nice calming visit.

Great place to stay in Moab!
We booked this hotel when we were about 10 minutes away from our destination in Moab and we couldn’t have been happier with this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The room had a kitchenette, which was nice. They also have a hot tub and heated pool, which was perfect after a long day of exploring Moab! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Moab!

Quality, simple stay
Booked thjs for Thanksgiving when the weather looked too extreme for campin. Checkin process was great - was able to secure the same room for the full trip after I made two separate reservations online when we headed to Moab early to avoid a storm. Kitchen does not contain any pots, pans, utensils. Front desk said we could ask for them, but we just used all our camp gear. Great little trail on the bluff behind the property for a quick dog walk. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub open in late November was ideal for post-bike ride soaking.

Great place
Staff is excellent, so friendly and helpful. The only issue is the refrigerator... SO LOUD. I dinged the eco friendliness score for this because the rest was so great. Also, sleep facing the parking lot, the view by the street is great, but its too loud.
