When we arrived our condo was not ready. Had not been touched from the previous people staying in the condo. We were moved to another unit.

Clean, roomy, enough room for everyone on the couch, had what we needed for cooking, laundry room was helpful, pools/spas awesome even on Oct. No complaints at all.
