All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
For the bedrooms; each room has a TV for guests to enjoy! All bedrooms are located upstairs with the master bedroom as the first room at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite full bathroom (w/ bathtub) and private balcony off of the bedroom. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) The second and third bedrooms are located down the hall from the master bedroom. Both rooms have a queen bed and the full bathroom is located upstairs near the two additional bedrooms. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, pool towels, toilet paper, and hair dryers. There is a half bathroom located downstairs off of the kitchen.
This unit has a driveway pad located directly in front of the two-car garage that allows guests to park additional vehicles, . (Dimensions 36 FT L x 16 FT W) Additional overflow parking is available very close to the unit on Meador Drive.
