I wrote my full review on Google because it was too long for Expedia but do NOT stay here. The man working at midnight on 8/26 tried cheating us out of our money by saying that Expedia ruined our reservation but slammed the phone down when an agent tried calling to sort the situation out. We had a 13 hour driving day with a teething seven month old and he refused to give us keys for AN HOUR until we bought another room, spitting lies after lies with no proof about our reservation being messed up by Expedia. As always, Expedia was absolutely amazing and got us relocated to a new hotel after he was completely disrespectful and inappropriate to both us and two different agents. As for the hotel itself, I felt very unsafe. Multiple homeless people lingering in the parking lot because it is dim lit and next to a small field. Donā€™t stay here.

RUN DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH The first room we were placed in was disgusting. It smelled like mildew, and there was mold in the room. The bedding was never turned over or clean from the previous person who stayed when we notified the front desk. They sent down a maintenance clerk who checked another room and turned us away from that one and asked if I wanted a room on the second floor when I had specifications on handicap requirement, we told them no we needed a first floor room. We were put into first floor room on the other side of the building room 22. We were running late for things upon examining once we got back to the room. The linens were filthy never cleaned or there was mold in that room cockroaches the faucet of the shower was completely off the wall , and the carpets were filthy. We found a magnum condom wrapper under the mattress between the mattress and the bedskirt as well as multiple stains of body fluids on the bed skirts floor the carpet. We left notice with the front they refunded our stay and the owner was on site came to talk to us 12 hours later. Still no contact from the owner and our phone number was left for him to call us. I will be reporting to the health department corporate in the Better Business Bureau.

The room was comfortable. The staff was great and very accommodating. The only problem I had was with the television. Most of the channels were in spanish and I don't speak spanish.

Had to wait nearly an hour just to check in. Room smelled of mildew. Air conditioner barely worked. Room was filthy, dirty lamp shades. Mold growing in the coffee maker. Hair and stains on the bed. Only good thing was the location and the staff was nice. Otherwise it wasn't worth the price. We would rather be sleeping in our car or driving on to the next stop.

When we checked in the property required us to place a $50 security deposit. I have never had this happen before. They charged my card that I booked the room on for the full amount and I had to pay and additional $50

Didnā€™t really care for the homeless people hanging out back where my room was. Only stairs so it was tricky getting my bags up. Not many sidewalks so the jaunt to the mini mart was sketchy.

I reserved a handicap accessible room. Check in went smoothly but once we got to our room, opened the door and weā€™re almost knocked off of out feet from the smell of mildew. It was extremely strong. Called front desk and they had no other rooms. The room was an adjoining room. Blocking this door was a large easy chair. Couldnā€™t get my wheelchair between the chair and bed without difficulty. The ā€œyuckā€ didnā€™t stop there. Iā€™m n the bathroom, there was hair all over the place, floor, walls, shower and sink. We were told to just wash it down the drain. The carpet was so filthy that it was sticky. Pretty gross! The chair previously mentioned was even filthier! The tv wouldnā€™t work, broken microwave, couldnā€™t connect to WiFi,and a hot refrigerator. Makes for an enjoyable stay. A little bit about the breakfast, a Jimmy Dean bowl from the microwave would have been better. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Be wise. Spend your money elsewhere. This is a $50 hotel, on a good day! Our day was not one. Baymont should be ashamed! June 28/29, 2024
