With all the reviews of “great breakfast”, I expected more. It was average at best. Over microwaved tasteless sausage and hard biscuits. The rooms were reasonably clean, but paint was chipping off the bath tub. The elevator looked filthy, there was a brown puddle stuck to the floor. Glad we only needed a room for one night. Don’t think we’ll go back.

We did they to see the property due to an airline issue. We were traveling during the Microsoft issue and unable to get there. Best Western wouldn’t return our money because we didn’t call before 9:00. Our last flight didn’t cancel until 11:30. It was a terrible day capped off by the loss of $180 with no sympathy at all for the situation.

Our stay was fine, but our room was on the first floor and had the smell of mildew and moisture. We also had an issue with the air conditioner making a very loud sound each time it came on. We didn’t report either issue to hotel staff, so we can’t say anything about how they would e handled it.

The young lady at the front desk during checkin was the most professional yet inviting and extremely patient human that I have come across in quite a while. She balanced multiple checkins and phone calls over what seemed to be at least an hour or two, all while graciously smiling and being kind to each she encountered in front of her as well as over the phone. We were last in line and as we got closer I thought for sure she was going to tire, however, her spirit remained joyful as we approached. This had to be in her heart as her spirit was so infectious that I was drawn to reflect upon the experience of witnessing such grace, thoughtfulness, respect. Everyone should experience someone like her at some time. Wonderful!!😇
