Centrally located. Hotel showed wear & tear older in age in need of upgrades. Breakfast was very limited, no milk watered down juice only 2 eggs were sitting in grease.

Very rude staff. Entire place was without water for 6 hours. No showers, staff laughed about what we were going to do to be ready for our meetings. Offered no compensation or upgrades. Do not stay here.

Exceptional customer service
Hotel was clean comfy and very busy the first 3 nights due to the lineman who were readying their plans to go south to Florida to help recover. Parking was difficult if arriving late. Other than that, breakfast was plentiful and good. Nice small pool and hot tub.

Very clean and quiet, the morning i left there was a lady in front of me checking out and she was complaining about her room A/C. and Jessica was very patient and handled as well as you would expect. I will be back for sure.

We arrived at this hotel about 8:30 pm to seek refuge from a hurricane. We had 3 adults and an infant. We got checked in quickly, and made our way to our room. We opened the door and the ac was turned off. It was very humid, about 85*, and the carpet was soaking wet. But as we dug deeper we discovered dried throw up on the bed skirt beside the end table. I want to start off by saying the front desk staff and maintenance crew were quick to resolve the issue and gave us a new room immediately. I’ll admit the dried throw up on the bedskirt was hid well by the end table, so I can understand how it was missed, but with the floors still wet and the ac off, that room was not ready to be occupied. The new room was as expected. Clean, not humid but a crisp 71*, and comfortable. And honestly this hotel had some of the best tasting free breakfast we had ever had. Other than the first dirty room, the price was great and it suited our needs.
