There is a lot of renovation taking place AND the name on the building did NOT match my reservation. However, the room we stayed in was nice and already renovated.

I booked through hotels.com and it was supposed to be a suite with additional sleeping. When we arrived, we were told that it was not accurate and when we book through hotels.com, we must confirm the actual “room type” is actually available.

Beds were hard and the breakfast wasn’t very good either. No biscuits,boiled eggs and the juices were super waterd down. Also they take a 100$ deposit for any damages (which is understandable) but if it’s not cash, it takes 5-7 business days for it to be back in your acct. won’t stay here again

The bathroom floor looked dirty and was sticky to walk on with bare feet. The carpet also looked dirty. I put on socks or my shoes to walk around the room. The staff was nice and friendly.

There were roaches everywhere in the room they gave us first on the first floor and then they changed to room ok 3rd floor which was renovated and good

Should have waited to open.
The name in the outside of the hotel is not what is named now. That caused a problem in finding it. We stayed in a freshly remodeled room on the third floor. The hallway smelled like they had just finished painting. The room was very nice and clean. The problem was when we got up in the morning the toilet had leaked and covered half the floor in water. My wife went down to get more towels and could not find any staff. She got some from the pool area. We cleaned up and went down to breakfast. Sausage patties and fried hard eggs. They were good but not enough for my family to all have some. We turned to the make your own waffles. The station was as you would expect. We went to eat the waffles and they tasted sour. My kids had more toast and a yogurt. They finally brought out more eggs and sausage. The amount they brought did not last one round. The team member on staff was the same one that checked us in at 11:30PM. He appeared to be by himself. He was trying, but was not able to keep up with everything he needed to do

This place is very very run down, which doesn’t show on pictures when we booked. The service even at the desk was awful, they couldn’t have cared less. Don’t believe the good reviews we were taken in by them , probably written by the hotel staff! We were given a first floor room, which was in the middle of renovation, workmen with radios blaring all day and into the evening, dust, rubble and noise , this was never recorded on any description of this hotel . The lift was full of building detritus, never cleaned, the room dust, dirty and old . I urge people not to stay here! The breakfast was meagre, only bread and muffins and a small selection of cereal, nothing was ever replenished, nothing worth eating, this is not a cheap hotel , but it should be , it’s like a doss house , thoroughly disappointed. I repeat do not book this .

I chose this hotel because it was considered very good, the pictures on the website were very deceiving. We first walked into the room and it had a smell to it, well they had the AC turned off, once I turned it on and ran some the smell started to go away. The carpets were dirty, I told my son do not walk on them barefooted. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet paper was just sitting on the toilet tank on the back, not even on the toilet paper roll like every other hotel I’ve stayed at. Cracked floors, my son did not even want to take a shower there. We went for breakfast and it was empty, they ran out. I was woken up by banging from the floor above because they are in the middle of renovations. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in my life in the States and Overseas. Maybe once they renovate every room it will be better but for now stay away and find someplace better.

Well it looks like tgus hotel is under some construction. I was on first floor and the back door was open with the dumpster at the door. It smelled down the hallway. As we were getting tonoir room ther was fight at other hotel behind ours. Not a good sight a man beating up a woman. But the room was nice and spacious. Hotel was close to stores. The hotel charges a deposit fee and somehow it charged me twice. I was told that it will come back after checking out. Still dont have it hours after checkout. Maybe next day have to see.
