The condition of the unit was much different than the photos on the website. The unit had a lot of disrepair and had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were trip hazards in the unit and in the bathroom. The brick flooring in the bathroom had fallen off and not been repaired. The couch was dirty on one side and heavily stained on the other side. The location of the unit is excellent, but the unit needs many repairs and updated.

Property is old, but chic decor is a .compensation. Extremely quiet and private. Bonus coffee and toiletries. Bathroom needs renovation--step up and then down into tub/shower a little tricky. WiFi excellent

The location was everything we were looking for. The studio was everything we needed for our anniversary trip and then some. Just a short drive to Gulf Shores and The Hangout. Furnishings and decor is superb. Must stay location!!

Perfect
My boyfriend and I stayed here for his sister's wedding in Fairhope. Location was perfect, it felt like a little getaway from all the wedding preparation chaos. Condo was clean, check in/out was extremely easy, and Kayla was extremely attentive for if we needed any help, or had any questions. We would definitely stay again, if we're ever in the area again, and would recommend this cozy condo to anyone!

My husband Jackson & I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. It was such a cute atmosphere! Very clean and had everything that we needed for our two night stay. We cooked most of our meals - the kitchen had good space (frig space, stovetop). Comfortable lounging area with gorgeous view of the golf course (grass, trees). Love the big windows and balcony. Quiet, comfortable base camp.
I stayed in Cozy Cottage while traveljng for work. Communication was great. The cottage was exactly as listed. I enjoyed using the patio and watching the golfing. Conveniently located and easy to park. Thanks for a good stay!
