The outdoor space in the front and the back of the house is amazing. I didn't like that the jacuzzi was not working, it would have been nice to know that in advance, there are no other bathtubs in the unit. Other than that, the entire house looks exactly like the pictures. Our family had a great time, and we would certainly rent with them again.

The home was extremely hard to find because it does not look anything like this. It took us 3 hrs to find it. We called the numbers they sent us and it took them over an hour to reply with the door code. It's only tan in color, no blue at all. The yard was overgrown and not maintained. And the neighbors dog would not shut up day and night! When they say private parking you are lead to believe you can park in the 2 car garage. Nope, you have to leave the car out in the driveway, the garage is locked and off limits to the renter. Once we got into the home we realized immediately this was a "party" house. Not a family vacation home. The house was NOT anything like the photographs. All of the rooms were staged with nice furnature, and useful things to photograph. Wifi didn't work so no tv, grease and filth in the kitchen, 3 warped cheap pans, dirty dishes. Food crumbs on the table. Nasty toilet paper and hair clumps in the bathroom floor, the Jacuzzi didn't work and hot water is solar that is in the shade, cold in the evening. One room had a broken glass door leaning over the bed. So couldn't use the room. Inches of filth in the bed frames and I found a few hypodermic needles in the master bed! And pills on the floors. No office space, no household supplies as photographed. We were a family of 6 and no other places were available so we was stuck cleaning a full day. The owner only offered my cleaning fee refunded. Nothing more, they was rude and inconsiderate.

One of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in! This home is big spacious, clean, nearby stores and beaches. The bedrooms are big, the beds are super comfortable, one of the bathrooms come with a tub great for children and adults to relax and bathe in. The front yard and backyard is outstanding great for entertaining guests. If you have a big family like we do this is a great option for your stay in Puerto Rico we highly recommend it!

Isabela rental
This home was BEAUTIFUL and very very clean. About 20/25 minutes to nearest beach. Quiet property in a safe neighborhood with other families around. Behind the house was some type of pasture where you could see horses roaming. My daughter loved that. Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of bath towels and soft clean bedding. Ductless air kept rooms comfortable and cool. Large family room with couches and huge TV with access to streaming services. Would definitely stay again if I came back to Isabela.

Franco was easily accessible via text message and his neighbors were informative and friendly. The place was stocked with everything that we could need from coffee makers, to coffee filters, pots, kitchen ware, etc. In addition the decor was simple but very comfortable. My husband and I shared part of the trip with three other adult family members and everyone slept comfortably and well. We highly recommend staying here and will do so ourselves on future trips.

The house is awesome and very comfortable, it’s also loaded with ameneties, however, the best thing about it is it’s location, it takes roughly 12 minutes to the beach and all it’s restaurants and it’s also 7 minutes to supermarkets, walmart etc. for any last minute needs.

The house is well located, it has a patio next to it that can fit about 20 cars, which is excellent for activities if necessary. The place is quiet and has no neighbors to the sides which is good because we could have loud music without disturbing anyone.

We really liked the stay. We arrived at 3 p.m. It is the stipulated time of check-in, not like other people who have before and that is a lack of respect for the owners. We have vacation homes and we know what that is. So we arrived and everything was ready. The house has fumigation receipts and clear rules, they charged us what it said on the page since we read everything before booking and they returned the security deposit in the established time. It is a large house with high ceilings and 65-inch television with wifi. My children loved it. We will return with more family members and for more days in summer.

The best vacational house in the area
Excellent property, we made the last minute reservation and they called us very quickly to coordinate access and that is what we wanted because we were tired. The house is large and has fumigation certificates a day, it is seen that they give maintenance to the kitchen and the patio. Check in is easy is at 3 p.m. or at any time after 3 p.m. (We are not abusers and do not ask to enter before 3 p.m. as I read in a review, that's what the rules are for.) And the rules are written so that there are no misunderstandings. You enter at your own pace and the administrators communicate by message unless you wish to call them and they respond to you which is excellent for us. The payment is the same as the page indicated. We will definitely stay in the future. Isabela and Moca is beautiful. Apart from the cleaning fee that is specified on the page, we leave an additional tip to the cleaning staff for their good work. The hot tub was very clean. I give them 10 stars.

The house is nice and the location is quiet. There are small ants in the bathroom that are not a real nuisance but are present. Just beware of hidden fees. Like fees for using your credit card 4% of the total (how else are people from out of town suppose to pay?) and a separate security deposit that is not refundable. My understanding of a security deposit is an amount held in case there are minor damages to the premises. Once it is determined that the property is not damaged the deposit is returned. That is not the case here. The cleaning fee I agree with and understand although we left the place like we got it...The total ended up being more than a nice hotel and the goal for this trip was to spend less as were on a humanitarian trip to help earthquake victims...The Expedia total in not the real amount charged...

Excelente big house for rent.
We had a wonderful stay and the place was extra clean and so many extra towels and blankets. The place is stylish and the wifi and TV channel options were great for kids. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We hope to be back!

Beatiful but has a roach infestation
1. We contacted owner to see if we could check in earlier than 3pm. Owner said no b/c they “needed time to clean” 2. We delayed our trip and arrived at approx. 4pm. First impression house was beautiful and seemed clean. Wife found 3 roaches when she opened the cabinets, but we didn’t make a big deal of it since it’s a rural area 3. We left to get a few things in Walmart. When we got back at around 6pm, wife and I turn on the kitchen lights to find about 15 roaches all over our stuff 4. My dad and I tried to alleviate the situation while my wife and mom were with our baby in the other corner of the house. We found roaches in the fridge, in the kitchen cabinets and on the counters. 5. We took pictures and contacted the owner of the house to notify her of the situation. She states that the house was cleaned the day before (note from 1 that owner did not allow us to check-in earlier b/c they “needed time to clean” that day – lie #1). She offered me to stay at a different property (bait-and-swtich much???) which I refused. She told me that they did not see any roaches (there was a can of Raid on the kitchen counter when we arrived – lie #2) 6. As we looked around the house for the roaches, we noticed that the house was not so clean after all. We decided to leave that same day 7. I attempted to contact owner again to request a refund, but owner never responded, so I contacted Hotels.com. Hotels.com attempted to request a refund on my behalf, but owner refused
