Great location
The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host

It was a nice stay and the host was very accommodating. It was in a good part of old town and located near things you wished to see and restaurants.
