Comfortable room with good amenities. I was very happy they had a large refrigerator.. and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had some bugs in the tub when I woke up the next morning and the TV didn't work. The remote wouldn't change channels. They offered me a new room but I had already unpacked and didn't want to move. Staff tried to be helpful but couldn't accommodate a discount due to 3rd party booking. A big negative.

The property rooms looked nothing like the pictures. If I had seen the true pictures I would have found another hotel. On top of the price I paid for the room in advance I was charged a a $100.00 deposit

The room was a little small. The cleanliness was very good. Sheets towels were white and fluffy. All appliances worked very well. Only the bathroom door was a little hard to close. There was damage. A patch job was done..

I was very disappointed when I make my reservation I expected something different when I went to the room looks nice but I see one cockroach after that air conditioning doesn’t work properly I don’t said anything to the front desk because I was very tired and I just want to rest but the people from the front desk are was very nice

When we checked in the front desk clerk was just great. She had made sure that everything was working in our room prior to our arrival. Was the most comfortable rest I have had in a week.
