Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned.

I would stay elsewhere
The Hotel location was adequate, Room was very nice, however if you are going to provide a kitchenette would be nice to at least have a couple of glasses (no dishes at all). I would suggest to anyone who stays to opt out of the breakfast and dinner option (we did not have the lunch, so cannot comment, as the food was mediocre at best, the only highlight was the bread and cheese at breakfast, dinner was very sub-par.

Hemos estado unos días y quiero destacar que al hotel le hacía falta un poco de mantenimiento en los apartamentos. Además poca variedad en los buffets, a destacar las pizzas que son de las mejores que he probado en un hotel. La zona del parque acuático genial para los niños. Hotel demasiado masificado, colas para todo y con mucha gente con muy poca educación. El viernes tuvo que acudir incluiso la policía a resolver conflictos y por ese motivo un montón de familias como nosotros deseando ver la final de champions se quedaron sin poder verlas, poniendo un punto amargo a estos días en el hotel.

Lo unico bueno las piscinas y el personal las comidas indipidas y sin gusto a nada enel desayuno mui mal xq kerias una coca cola para desayunar y no te la vendian y ala hora de dormir rl descanson fatal camas de los año de la pera en flex cuando adia de hoy se yeva los colchones viscolati no eso muelles notandose en el cuerpo ala hora de dormi .Bamos en resumen no repetiria en mi vida de ir a ese hotel la verda tiene mucho q desear y mui antiguo todo.

Experiencia horrible, todo muy sucio, poca variedad en comidas, las actuaciones pésimas. No tienen ni idea de protocolo de incendios, se activaron las alarmas y estuvimos hasta las 3:00h con niños y bebés en la calle hasta que vinieron los bomberos y miraron todo.

el hotel bien, pero estoy muy molesto con hoteles.com, pues en la publicidad no ponia el tipo de estancia como era y solo al hacer la reserve vi que solo incluida el desayuno, por lo que al final me ha salido mas caro que si hubiera contratado directamente con el hotel, Cuando quize anular la estancia ya me cobrabais gastos por lo que al final decidi quedarme aunque me salieses mas caro
