This is a first floor apartment situated in the beautiful Complex of Oasis del Mar 1 and within 100 metres walking distance to the beach & promenade, bars & restaurants, mini supermarket, horse-riding centre and bus stops.
The apartment has been furnished to a nice standard consisting of two bedrooms, a double and twin bedded room with the two bath/shower rooms, one family bathroom and a one en-suite to the master bedroom. A fully fitted and well equipped kitchen and dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven & hob, fridge freezer, etc. The lounge/dining room is very inviting with its large corner sofa, solid dark furniture throughout and tall backed dark leather dining chairs that adds a touch of class. The patio doors from the lounge leads out onto a nice sized terrace displayed with mosaic tile table and chairs, leading from the terrace up some steps to the spacious sunny solarium with fine views of the Mediterranean Sea and more. The solarium is equipped with table and chairs.
The Complex is fully gated with communal pools. There are also 6 golf courses, water park, horse riding centre and bowling clubs all within driving distance

Pleasant apartment on a lovely complex.
This was a good apartment and base for our holiday in Mojacar. Pleasant and well maintained gardens and pool area.
I do think even though the property itself was of a high standard, 'luxury' is a little misleading.

Muy buena ubicación y buen apartamento
La ubicación del apartamento es buena, muy cerca de la playa de Burriana. Y en unos minutos, se llega al centro de Nerja. El apartamento es un bajo. En general, todo correcto. Dispone de todo lo necesario. Además, el disponer de la piscina en el mismo edificio está genial, los niños la disfrutaron mucho. Por poner alguna pega, el olor a humedad, las hormigas y que deberían cambiarse las sarténes (se pega todo). Volveríamos a alojarnos.

No es un apartamento de lujo
Cosas buenas, el aire acondicionado, fantástico y el sofá
Cosas malas, la cama de matrimonio incómoda, el menaje de cocina muy pobre, una sola sartén, varios cazos sucios y muy usados.
El cuarto de baño de la habitación de matrimonio: la ducha perdia por la manguera de la ducha, el sanitario con muy poca fuerza de agua, faltaban todas los soportes de las toallas.
Valoración general no es un apartamento de lujo, necesita una actualización y algunas reparaciones para anunciarse como tal

Vacaciones agradables
Hemos estado durante quince días en este apartamento. A nuestra llegada se nos informó de que el aire acondicionado de la sala no funcionaba. Además no había sombrilla en la terraza como se nos había dicho y la TV tampoco se veía muy bien. Se lo comunicamos al agente inmobiliario y lo solucionó de manera rápida. Es una urbanización inglesa, apenas hemos escuchado castellano. En la cocina hemos echado en falta un exprimidor y una batidora. Pero en general, el apartamento estaba correcto.
