The front desk clerk (Ashley) was friendly and efficient. I called earlier in the day to confirm my reservations (five rooms total) and she was friendly and amicable with good phone skills. Then, when it was time to check in, she was quick, efficient and friendly. Check out was quick and easy as well. The room was adequately clean with a comfortable and clean bed. It had a fridge and a microwave. A couple of my group friends mentioned a messy shower head, but overall everyone was happy with the room and the condition of it. Parking was ample and there is a parking across the street for oversized vehicles. The food in the breakfast was adequate for the price point and offered options for everyone. Ok, apple juice, cereal, milk, oatmeal, coffee, tea, yogurt, assorted bagels, pastries and bread. They also had bananas and apples. You could make your own fresh waffles. There were no eggs or bacon/sausage, but for this price point it was nice to have something. We all were happy with the selection and checked out with a full belly- plus, mcds and other restaurants have breakfast for sale. Overall, we will return and we do recommend this place for adults and families! It had everything we needed. A clean bathroom and a clean bed.
