Overall stay was very good. Close and convenient to our concert location. The hotel charged us for the room upon checking in. I mentioned that I had paid online but they said they had only taken my credit card information. After paying, I checked my credit card statement, to realize, I had already paid for the room. I had to go back to the front desk and get reimbursed for the double charge.
