The only good thing about our stay here was the food served the next morning for breakfast. The establishment needs a good clean and refurbish - and its' location is in a kind of out of the way location. Which made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Rugs are ancient and smell. Shower curtain smells moldy. Bathroom corner tiles not clean. Poor unreliable internet. No manager was reachable by expedia to modify reservation. Initial contact friday, today is sunday and still no response. Front desk person claimed no authority to modify a reservation, no manager on duty.

Wi-Fi not available in room and loud drain sounds
Customer service and honesty was poor. The person at the front desk mentioned about Wi-Fi being not available in the room only after checking me in. They should have been honest about it upfront and mentioned it earlier instead of getting me to produce identification, collecting damage deposit and making me and my friend sign the paperwork after which she informs us that Wi-Fi in the room does not work and seemed to not care about the inconvenience caused. Forget apologising for the inconvenience. It rained the night I stayed and I was woken up to loud rain sounds coming from the AC unit, seemed like there was a drain pipe going thru the AC unit and subsided only when the rain stopped. I did not have a good nights sleep as a result and was left exhausted during my work trip.
