A quietly located semi-detached house in country style with spacious garden and two terraces facing south and east (each with awning). The enchanting Mondsee is within walking distance. On the ground floor, the open dining-living area with gallery dominates the ambience, the fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent. Next to the cozy dining area with a view of the Mondseeberg is a tiled wood-burning stove, which centrally provides cozy warmth (by arrangement). The first floor houses the three high-quality renovated, comfortable double bedrooms for six people: one with bunk beds, two with access to the south-facing balcony and one with a walk-in closet. On the gallery there is an inviting reading corner and the bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The three parking spaces in front of the house, the garage and the basement provide ample storage.
The Mondseeland offers a wealth of recreational opportunities, such as hiking, climbing (also indoor), golfing, sailing, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing and a varied, cultural offer. The city of Salzburg (25 min) rounds off the program.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Doppelhaus mit gr0ßem Garten
Wunderschön eingerichtetes Doppelhaus mit großer Terrasse und großem eingericheteten Garten. Durch eine danebenliegende Baustelle gab es leider immer wieder Baulärm, ansonsten können wir das Objekt bestens weiter- empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
