1. Due to flight delay, we arrived at the hotel late. No receptionist at the front desk. There was a phone number for us to call the person to open the door. How about if a foreign customer cannot make an international call? Would it be more friendly to have a buzz instead of a phone number? 2. no coffee jar in the room 3. no hot food for breakfast 4. only one big blanket for a two -bed room. Better to have two small blankets instead one big one.

The employees were very helpful, friendly, and kind. The room can use a few upgrades, but it is a small town in Europe so Iā€™m not complaining. Location is great, with quite a few dinning options a short walk. The manager was great, he helped us get a taxi at a very early hour to take us to the train station (without luggage itā€™s a short half mile walk uphill).

The hotel is very quaint. We stayed at this location to be close to the airport. The front desk staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 10 am as we had just finished a cruise. We weren't expecting to get into the room, but the gentleman at the front desk changed rooms so that we could get into a room immediately. He also took care of booking a taxi for us the next early morning. There is a fabuous pizza restaurant right next door. It was very convenient and the pizzas were amazing.

We were very surprised and delighted that it was contrary to some of the reviews. The location and rate per night for the room size, king bed, nice bathroom, cleanliness, smelling great, air conditioner working well, friendliness, next door to a delicious pizza place, was a delight after a long day of sightseeing. The icing on the cake was how the gentleman at the front desk was able to have a taxi pick us up at 5am to go to the airport. Recommend and will definitely stay again! Grazie! Arrivederci!

We arrived around 9.30pm - please note check in desk with staff closed at 10pm if you need to speak to anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff as we needed a taxi the next morning to head to the port for a cruise. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed and pillows but the air conditioning didnā€™t work very well. We were woken up at 7.30am with the church bells which was a bit of a surprise but wasnā€™t entirely unpleasant. Great cafe in the corner of the square for coffee / croissants the next morning (we didnā€™t boom breakfast as wanted a lie in).
