The property was amazing, the suite was amazing, the bed was amazing , the location was amazing. The breakfast was outstanding that’s included at the restaurant downstairs .
This isn’t a hotel so there is no reception. We realized late in the evening that there was only 1 pillow each and we found the spare pillows, my husband had a very bad back & needs 3. The next morning at breakfast the cleaning lady came storming in yelling at us in the restaurant, got another restaurant guest ( who we didn’t know) to translate (how embarrassing) that we shouldn’t take things and go into a private area (it was under the bed and not locked) and how awful we were to do this and how angry she was. It left a bad feeling. We apologized profusely. Or if they don’t want the guests having access to extra pillows or a extra blanket lock it away. It was incredibly rude and overall left a bad feeling about this place. She should not work in tourism industry if she has no customer skills and getting angry at us for a trivial issue. If the owner was upset he should have messaged me not her angry at us in a restaurant. It’s not like we stole the pillows!!!
