TD Villa Ponente Luxury Villa with Sea View Pool

At about 5 km from Monopoli city center and about 1 km from the beaches of Capitolo, Villa Ponente is located in a small residential complex immersed in Monopoli seaside area. In less than 5 minutes by car, you can reach Capitolo area, well known for its long sandy beaches, restaurants, clubs and bars.
The property is new and it has a contemporary and modern style; large windows make it bright and extremely luminous.
The entrance leads to the parking area from where you can reach a wide and rich garden of Mediterranean vegetation and flowers, fruit trees and ornamental plants which also separate the property from the villas nearby. The pool area and the relaxation area are paved; the pool of salty water, has hydro massage jets and the outdoor showers are part of the area, too.
The house is characterized by two different entrances: the first one is on the front of the building and is accessible from the parking area and stands out for its modern character and a flowery modern garden of steps richly decorated with plants and trees.
On the other side, there is another entrance closer to the garden and the pool area, characterized by a wooden white gazebo with dining area and comfortable sofas. Bbq and laundry room.
Both entrances lead to open-plan living area with wide living room, kitchen and dining area. A hallway leads to two of the bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin/double) and a bathroom with shower. A flight of steps leads to the first floor which has access to a lovely sea-view double bedroom with bathroom ensuite; a door-window gives access to the terrace, perfectly fitted with a wooden pergola facing the sea.
Downstairs there are other 2 bedrooms: a double and a twin. Bathroom with bathtub and further kitchen.
Villa Ponente is the ideal solution for large groups or two families, thanks to the separate entrances, which provide more privacy.


Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

EXTRA FEE
Security deposit of € 2.000,00 pre-authorized via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of € 99,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 5.000 in case of damages.
Mid-stay extra linen and towels: 25,00 € per person
Baby cot and high chair: 25,00 € per stay
Mid-stay extra cleaning: 30,00 € per hour per cleaner

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 25 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

Arrival between 20:00 and 00:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
