The property and location were solid, but there were SO MANY KIDS running wild with no real parental supervision. Im talking 6-12 yr old, running and screaming thru hallways during all hours of night. Almost lost my mind on the parents. Terrible experience, but it was only because of the guests. Staff was excellent.

I thought the room was clean other than finding several hairs along and inside the jacuzzi tub. The lobby and halls seemed clean and up to par. My only request would be with breakfast to be offered sausage and/or bacon.

My sheets were clearly not cleaned from the previous guest when I checked in and after I asked for them to be changed the next morning, they simply remade the bed without changing the sheets. It was extremely frustrating not to mention disgusting.

My Anniversary and get together
The stay was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the room was big bathroom a little small but water pressure was great!, pool and hot tub were huge, the hotel was quiet and right by quick food spots, staff were very friendly and quick with service like towels etc.!!! Overall one of the best hotels I’ve been to can’t wait to book again

I rented a suit for the weekend. Upon entering the suit I observed that there was a rip in the couch cushion. This should've been replaced by now if you're selling it as a suit. The only other thing that I didn't like was the sink in the bathroom kind of shot water everywhere when you turned the faucet on

The room smells like smoke, our cards don't work to open our door, had to go back and get new cards 2 times and still only one sometimes works, there are several lights that don't work in the room and the remote doesn't work for tv. The only reason I didn't give less stars is the staff have all been very helpful.
