Magnificent semi-detached house located in a very nice area close to the sea in Miami-Playa. All spread over three floors. On the main floor we have a large fully equipped individual kitchen. Toilet, living-dining room with access to a nice porch with awning, private garden with barbecue. On the first floor we find 3 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, another with a double bed and finally the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Full bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor there are 2 single beds and access to a terrace with panoramic views. Communal pool and free parking on the street
