We welcome you in our renovated cottage in the countryside, comprising:
- Ground floor: large living room (TV + hifi) with fireplace, a fitted kitchen (oven, mini-oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridges, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle ....) open to living room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 people, toilet, shower room, utility room with washing machine and dryer.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with bed 2 people, 1 bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people and 1 of 1 person bed, a bathroom (bath and changing table, baby bath), a mezzanine with 1 click- bed for 2 people and 1 bed 1 person, WC.
It also depends on another small house with 1 bed 2 people, 2 beds 1 person and 1 sofa bed 1 person and a bathroom and toilet.
The exterior include an indoor heated swimming pool, a relaxation area with bar, pool and Jacuzzi, a terrace, a courtyard, courtyard with barbecue, lawn.

Could have been better
Good things: swimming pool and hot tub, spacious for 12 of us. The lake at Coco plage is lovely. Not so good: no responses to my messages before our stay therefore confusion over bed linen. The property is not clean. There is grime everywhere. Needs a deep clean. Very small cooking area. Grass needed cutting. Very limited activities in the area. Spent too much time in super u because there was not much else to do. Towns and villages are deserted, shops closed and markets consist of about five stalls.

Out in the country
Property was ideal for our family reunion of 7 adults and 3 children. Communication with property owner OK but we were unaware that bed linen and towels were not available or available to rent - somewhat disappointed with this (we had to ask what they provided). The wifi didn't work and was still not working when we left. Overall standard of property fine (could do with a little updating), there was no fire blanket, fire detector or guest book and limited local information. Swimming pool was more than adequate as was the jacuzzi .There were some country smells but we were staying in a rural settings. Coco Plague was ideal for walking swimming, cycling and beach area.

Great family holiday
This property is situated in a rural location amongst farms and fields of cows.There was ample sleeping for our large family of grandparents, parents and children. Positives: The Jacuzzi and swimming pool were great. They are both well maintained, clean and heated to a good temperature. The children spent hours in the pool without feeling cold. Continuous hot water in the house which made it easy for people to shower when leaving the pool. Large dining table for the whole family to eat together Plenty of fridge space Negatives: owner should replace duvets and pillows as they were dirty There is a farm next door with large farm machinery (tractors etc.) going in and out at various times of the day. This did not affect our holiday but if you are looking for complete seclusion this might be an issue smells in the evening (presumed to be from the cows) no sink in the toilet on the upper floor so you are unable to wash your hands if someone is in the shower the separate house could do with updating The positives far exceed the negatives and we had a lovely family holiday. I would recommend this property.

Franchement lā€™emplacement est top !! Personne dans les environs !! La grillade est en face de la piscine cā€™est top pour surveiller les enfants!! La maison il a quelques trucs Ć  changer comme le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionnais pas malheureusement!! On lā€™as utilisĆ© le dernier jour et Ƨa ne marchait pas !! Le parquet qui quand mĆŖme fait beaucoup de bruit . Mais dans lā€™ensemble notre famille a aimer cette maison . Nous allons sĆ»rement y revenir .

A l'arrivĆ©e pas de chauffage, il faisait 16Ā°. On a prĆ©venu le propriĆ©taire qui est venu le lendemain, et nous a laissĆ© du bois pour faire une cheminĆ©e. La piscine aussi Ć©tait froide Ć  24Ā°, le jaccuzzi pas trĆØs propre. Nous avons oubliĆ© des affaires, laisser un message mais jamais de rĆ©ponse. Le bĆ¢timent en lui mĆŖme est joli, mais le problĆØme de chauffage nous a refroidi dans les 2 sens du terme

Cuisine bien Ć©quipĆ©e, literie trĆØs correcte personne ne sā€™est plaint de la literie sur 10 personnes, machine Ć  lavĆ©e sĆØche linge. A amĆ©liorer : wifi trĆØs moyenne, aspirateur Ko, pas de produits mĆ©nagers pour rendre la maison dans le meilleur Ć©tat de propretĆ© possible. dans l'ensemble bien, amƩliorer Ʃclairage salle Ơ manger, porte gauche cotƩ jardin ne s'ouvre pas, donc on ne peut pas mettre de table Ơ l'ombre. Nappe de la table usagƩe, je passais 45mn le matin pour passer l'aspirateur dans la piscine et nettoyer spa. et je n'ai pas vu de dƩtecteur de fumƩe. Un pare douche serait bien dans le dortoir.

Grande maison trĆØs claire. Piscine et jacuzzi TB. Par contre, prĆ©voyez bien le matĆ©riel de base torchons, essuie mains, papier toilette.. et mĆŖme du sel pour le lave vaisselle ! Pas de condiment non plus. Minifour qui serait Ć  changer, le clique claque de la mezzanine HS (le reste de la literie est bien), et il faut bien chercher les casseroles qui fonctionnent sur l'induction mais sinon tout est ok! Et nous avons passĆ© un chouette week end. La boulangerie du bourg est excellente.

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour dans cette maison, vraiment adaptĆ©e Ć  des groupes. Nous Ć©tions 16 et tout est adapte: couchages, vaisselle, table, chaises. La cuisine n'est pas des plus grandes mais trĆØs fonctionnelle. TrĆØs bonne communication avant l'accueil avec la possibilitĆ© d'arriver un peu plus tĆ“t. La piscine couverte et le jacuzzi sont bien entretenus. Emplacement IdĆ©al pour ne pas dĆ©ranger le voisinage!
