Es waren wundervolle 10 Tage in Casa Adele. Wir alle hatten einen super schönen Urlaub mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, rustikal und man hat einen tollen Ausblick. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schönes Außengelände in guter Lage, aber Vorsicht
Das Grundstück, die Terasse, die Lage und die Größe des Pools zur alleinigen Nutzung sind super. Die Begrüßung durch Luca war freundlich, er verzichtete "großzügerweise" die zu entrichtende Kaution direkt zu kassieren. Nach dem Urlaub kam jedoch das böse Erwachen... dazu aber später mehr. Die Innenausstattung hat Charme, lässt jedoch in vielen Punkten sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Objektbeschreibung sollte dringend überarbeitet werden. Es gibt weder einen elektronischen Backofen, noch eine Waschmaschine wie in der Beschreibung steht. Generell ist das Haus für max. 4 Personen geeignet, da die Schlafcouch für Person 5 und 6 unterirdisch ist. Auch Geschirr selbst für 4 Personen ist viel zu wenig da, dabei haben wir nur 1x Nudeln gekocht. Die Kaffeemaschine ist nur für 2 Personen ausreichend, also beim Frühstück mehrfach ansetzen. Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft sauber, was sich jedoch nach der 1. Reinigung nach 3 Tagen änderte und dann auch nicht wieder in den Griff bekommen wurde. Die Gärtner kommen samstags früh um halb 7 mit schwerem, sehr lautem Gerät. Über all das haben wir jedoch hinwegsehen und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Übergabe vor der Abreise hat Luca nicht wahrgenommen. Wir sollten die Schlüssel einfach stecken. Kaum waren wir weit genug weg, umnicht wieder umzukehren, kam die Forderung von 300 EUR Kaution wegen angeblicher Schäden. Wir haben Fotos vom Gehweg vor dem Haus sowie von der Außentreppe erhalten. Wir hätten angeblich Wachsflecken hinterlassen, dabei h

Summer in Tuscany
Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten, Räume und Badezimmer waren sauber, sowie die Küche selbst auch. Jedoch gab es nur benutzte Lappen und die Spülmschine konnte das Geschirr nicht sauber bekommen, so dass man es anschließend erneut säubern musste. Außerdem war nur ein Weinglas in den beiden Küchen zu finden, was uns in einem Weinland wie Italien enttäuschte. Der Pool wurde zwar 2x/Woche gesäubert, aber trotzdem waren Reste von Algen am Boden. Insgesamt haben wir aber trotzdem die Zeit dort sehr genossen und der Garten war ein Traum.

Super sejour en toscane
Nous avons passe un super sejour en toscane dans ce gite. Gite idéalement place dans un village typique. Vue imprenable de la villa avec une piscine agréable apres nos journées de visite. Merci a luca pour son accueil.

Das Haus habe ich allein wegen der großen Veranda und dem Super-Pool gebucht. Beides hat die Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Alle Räume zwar etwas älter, aber sauber und toskanisch eingerichtet. Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in der Casa Adele. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Ein idyllischer Traum
Tolle Lage mit Traum-Aussicht in einem bezaubernden kleinen Städtchen. Viel Sehenswertes in nur kurzer Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Garten mit Pool hat sogar die Kids überzeugt. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

perfekte Lage, toller Ausblick… alles bestens
Es war ganz genau so, wie wir uns das gewünscht haben. Ein toller großer Garten für uns alleine, ein großzügiger Swimmingpool, eine überdachte Terrasse… mehr noch als alles was man braucht. Dass so ein Haus im innern an der ein oder anderen Stelle im Detail etwas einfacher ist als man das aus Deutschland gewohnt ist, weiß man ja vorher (z.B. Anzahl der Steckdosen u.ä.) und stellt somit überhaupt kein Problem dar. Die Lage für Ausflüge und Trips ist perfekt… San Gimignano und Volterra sind in 20-30 Minuten erreicht, Siena Florenz, Pisa, Lucca und Livorno innerhalb einer Stunde. Der Kontakt mit Luca war sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich… ich würde jederzeit wieder hierher verreisen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Tolles und gepflegtes Haus mit riesigem eingezäunten Grundstück
Wir haben das Haus spontan für 1 Woche gemietet, im Haus sind 2 getrennte Wohnungen über 2 Etagen, alles sehr sauber. Beeindruckt hat uns aber der Außenbereich, riesiges Grundstück mit Pool, diversen Sitz- und Liegemöbel, Outdoorgrill, große überdachte Terrasse, hinter dem Haus eine Wiese mit Olivenbäumen und ein traumhafter Ausblick. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, man parkt direkt auf dem Grundstück. Der kleine Ort ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar, einige nette Restaurants. Wir waren überwiegend auf dem Grundstück, unser Hund hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt, wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Marica mit Ihrem Mann sind tolle Gastgeber, stehen wir Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Wichtig: Durch die vielen Feigen-, Apfel- und Granatapfelbäume kommen abends die Mücken raus, hier hilft aber konsequentes einsprühen mit den bekannten Mitteln. Rund um eine tolle Woche in einem wirklich sehr schönen Haus mit traumhaften Außenbereich.

Das Haus ist von der Ausstattung her ausreichend, der Garten mit dem Pool sehr schön. Leider war es in der Zeit sehr warm und uns haben nachts die Hitze gequält und Tag und Nacht die Moskitos. Für uns war es einnschöner erholsamer Urlaub.
