Through the living room with adjoining dining room, you access the veranda. You benefit from an ideal location in the Rhone Valley, known for the Côtes du Rhône wine region. 5 km away, Montélimar attracts with an old town center and large Provençal avenues, and only 4 km separate golf fans from the beautiful Domaine de la Valdaine complex. This magnificent area between the Ardèche River and the Baronnies Regional Natural Park is ideal for an unforgettable vacation. Discover the Enclave of the Popes, Dieuleufit, famous for its potters, the forest of Saou and the Trois Becs massif, which invites you to hike and climb. Grignan is best known for its Renaissance chateau, once home to the noble Madame de Sévigné. A number of picturesque villages are nearby, such as Mirmande, Le Poët-Laval, Marsanne, La Garde-Adhémar and Cliousclat with their cobbled streets, Provençal markets and their bistros.
