Ideally located, very calm, all comfort, good access road, 100 meters from the paved road. Large house with all comforts and necessities, beautifully situated near the beautiful village of Montefrio where there are many bars, restaurants and several supermarkets. Perfect access road, no off-road vehicle required! Here you can quietly enjoy your holiday at your private pool and private garden! On Monday there is a market in the village and on Tuesday in the town of Alcala La Real. Granada is at 45km and the beautiful Sierra Nevada at 100km. The price is calculated on 8 people, with an extra charge or 2 extra persons.

excellent & complete house
The house is complete. Kitchen with everything you need, good beds, nice spacious livingroom, big garden with several places to sit and a big terrace next to the house. The pool is nice with umbrellas and sunbeds.

The Perfect Getaway
We stayed at Cortijo Montefristy for 9 nights, Nathalie was there to greet us when we arrived and show us around. The Villa was fantastic, clean with lots of space and all the amenities you’d need. The pool was great in the summer heat and the bedrooms were cool in the evenings. Perfect location for a very quiet, relaxing, break but still within easy reach of the local towns and shops. We would certainly recommend it to other and would happily stay again. Thank you Nathalie & Guy!

Amazing house in the hills near Montefrío!
The house is great and just as described! Plenty of room both inside and out. The pool area is brilliant, and the outside eating area is spacious. The owners are very, very friendly and more than happy to help with any enquiry throughout the stay! We arrived late at night and they were happily waiting for us, and had even stocked the house with a few supplies as the supermarkets had long closed - a great help for us. The owners magically cleaned the pool on most days, without even disturbing us! They provided fresh linens half way through our stay. The location is great for getting away from it all. Surrounded by hills covered in olive groves as far as the eye can see. The nearest town of Montefrío is about 5-10mins away in the car. There are some lovely restaurants, a great ice cream parlour and the castle on the hill is well worth the climb to the top! I would definitely recommend this house, you will have a wonderfully relaxing time in a scenic part of southern Spain!

Super séjour sous le soleil au calme avec de nombreux sites touristiques à visiter
Propriété idéale pour se ressourcer au calme dans un cadre de verdure comportant des plantes exotiques majestueuses (cactées, figuiers, oliviers ..) et assurant ainsi un dépaysement total. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire et grande disponibilité. Maison d'une propreté irréprochable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La literie était parfaite. Une terrasse ombragée était bien agréable et coins lecture dans la verdure. La piscine était très bien entretenue et dotée de transats et parasols en nombre. Location remarquable et recommandée pour couple ou famille nombreuse.

Sommerurlaub in den Olivenhainen
Ganz tolles Haus mitten in den Olivenbergen. Das Haus und der große Garten sind nicht nur von außen wunderschön und gepflegt, sondern auch im Haus ist es sehr sauber. Dass Haus überzeugt mit seinem andalusischen Flair und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Supermärkte und nächste Stadt mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Super nette Vermieter, die gut erreichbar sind und bei Fragen schnell zur Verfügung stehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Villa parfaite !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa qui est parfaitement équipée. L'endroit est très calme et la vue sur les champs d'oliviers reposante. Nathalie assure l'entretien de la piscine en toute discrétion. Malgré la chaleur pas besoin de climatisation car la maison reste bien fraiche la nuit. La literie est de bonne qualité. Bref, une villa à louer sans hésitations pour découvrir cette belle région d'Espagne.

Geweldig!
In een woord geweldig. We werden erg hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse van het huis die ons persoonlijk wegwijs heeft gemaakt in het huis. En wat een huis, echt fantastisch. Wij hebben hier een week doorgebracht (augustus 2018) met een gezin van vier. Het huis is zeer ruim, schoon, mooi ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het was deze periode erg warm maar in huis was het lekker koel en aangenaam. Het zwembad is ook geweldig. We hebben hier veel tijd in doorgebracht. De tuin is mooi en ruim en ligt helemaal vrij. 10 minuutjes rijden van het mooie stadje montefrio waar je heerlijk kunt lunchen en dineren. Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf.

La maison idéale !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nathalie et Guy. Leur maison était très propre, spacieuse, équipée, à l'abri des regards, isolée auprès des oliviers, avec une vue superbe sur les collines d'oliviers et le tout accompagné d'une piscine dont l'éclat de l'eau nous rappelle le bleu du ciel de l'Espagne. Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont des personnes de confiance, très à l'écoute, disponibles et très discrets. Un conseil : n'hésitez plus c'est la maison qu'il vous faut ! Maryline F.

Très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa
Je vous conseille cette villa dans laquelle nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au milieu des forêts d'oliviers. La villa est spacieuse et rien ne manque. Elle est située dans un endroit calme pour les amateurs de tranquillité. Elle est aussi proche de grenade, l'alhambra, Texas Hollywood... L'accueil chaleureux de Nathalie est plus qu'agréable.
