I didn’t like that l was not able to use $120 in resort credit. What was offered made no sense as I could only use it at the gift shop for a tote bag and I would end up paying a difference of $80 plus tax of $30, totalling $110.00 for a bag that’s not more than $30 usually

The hotel is on the beach which is good but they need to maintain the property. The elevator was broken everyday of our stay. The best thing of the hotel was Awe Spa. The food was good at the buffet. Staff members need some training in customer service. They were always so rude. Some other staff members in the pisno bar were super pleasant.

My incoming flight was cancelled. Didn't arrive until the next day. Did not get a refund for the missed night. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience

The total ambience was very welcoming and relaxing. However, I didn't like that I wasn't told that I had to download the Palace app to access all information and entertainment. I found that out the following day when I called the operator. I also desired more entertainment involving us (the patrons}
