We had a great time. But restaurant service was always VERY slow. Dining for dinner would take 2 to 3 hours. We missed the nightly entertainment because it took forever to get our dinner entrees…literally 3 hours to get main course one time!

Overall it was a decent stay. I’m a vegetarian and there are vegetarian options however the food is okay. Not many restaurants compared to other all inclusive resorts I visited in the past.

Loved the multiple restaurant options, but our favourite was the pizza place across from the Boulanger. Service was wonderful, food was great, lots and lots of options at the buffet. Kids loved the multiple pools and the waverider. Beach is a bit smaller than I imagined but it was still nice and we didn’t have any issues finding lounge chairs.

There is NO VIP access at this resort and this is not 5 star resort at all.When we mention to them VIP and ask if they have room to upgrade they tell us NO.But they do have rooms for upgrade if you are willing to pay $485 per night for the upgrade.Drunk people fighting in hallway almost every night good luck getting any sleep.Staff is really nice and polite and they are working really hard to make you happy.One thing for sure this place does need a better management or they will turn into 2 star hotel very soon.Who ever is reading this my friendly advice to you DO NOT waste you hard earned money at this place.You are not going to get what you pay for it.

The property was noticeably clean and room service seemed to be around the clock. Everyone was readily available to answer any and all questions we had, we will definitely be returning.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here, nor would we stay here again: - The checkin process with long and tedious and outdated. - The room was ok and lacked basics like an ironing board and a converter that was needed for their blow dryer that needed 220 volts. - The ground transportation required that you leave the hotel 5 hours prior to your flight; no if/ands/butts. This was ridiculous since 3 hours was spent waiting at the airport. We could’ve spent an extra 1.5 hours enjoying the pool and amenities at the hotel. - SOME of the staff were exceptional and went above & beyond to help, hence why they’re getting 2 stars of 0. Overall, definitely not worth the price you’re paying. There other better options in Ocho Rios and closer in MBJ.
